About 33 - Nandipur Shakti Peeth
Nandikeshwar Temple, also known as Nandipur Shakti Peeth, is located in Nandipur Village, now part of Sainthia town, Birbhum, West Bengal. It is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, where Goddess Sati's necklace is said to have fallen. The goddess is depicted in a turtle-shaped rock, painted with vermilion, with three golden eyes and a silver crown. The temple complex also contains small shrines dedicated to various deities, including Lord Vishnu, Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, Lord Hanuman, and more. Devotees offer ‘anna-bhog’ daily, and special rituals are performed during festivals like Kali Puja and Durga Puja. The temple is believed to fulfill desires when a red thread is tied on the sacred tree.
नंदीकेश्वर मंदिर, जिसे नंदीपुर शक्ति पीठ भी कहा जाता है, पश्चिम बंगाल के बर्दवान जिले के सैंथिया कस्बे के नंदीपुर गांव में स्थित है। यह 51 शक्ति पीठों में से एक है, जहाँ माता सती की हार गिरी थी। देवी का चित्रण एक कछुए के आकार की चट्टान पर किया गया है, जिसे सिंदूर से रंगा गया है, जिसमें तीन सोने की आँखें और एक चांदी का मुकुट है। मंदिर परिसर में भगवान विष्णु, भगवान राम, देवी सीता, भगवान हनुमान, और अन्य देवताओं के छोटे मंदिर भी हैं। भक्त हर दिन 'अन्न-भोग' अर्पित करते हैं, और काली पूजा और दुर्गा पूजा जैसे त्योहारों के दौरान विशेष अनुष्ठान किए जाते हैं। माना जाता है कि इस पवित्र वृक्ष पर लाल धागा बांधने से मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती हैं।
